Refunds and Cancellation

These policies apply to paid products when billing is available. Online payments are not currently enabled.
Schools
The 60 day pilot is free, with no card needed. Paid school plans can be canceled anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are not refunded, except for billing errors, which we always fix.
Students
Paid student passes can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@rigreadycdl.com to ask.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
