Last updated · By David Nelson

Effective November 3, 2026. By using RigReady CDL you agree to these terms.

RigReady CDL is a practice and study tool. Use it to study, follow your state CDL manual, your school and your examiner, and drive safely.

Practice only, no guarantee

The content is for practice. Rules, numbers and test procedures differ by state and can change. Your state CDL manual and your examiner have the final word.

We work hard to make RigReady accurate, but we do not promise you will pass any test, and RigReady is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use RigReady as a cheating tool during any real test.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site.
  • Do not abuse or harass anyone in multiplayer rooms, and pick a respectful nickname.
  • Do not copy, resell or republish the trainers or content.

Intellectual property

RigReady CDL owns its content, trainers, photos, name and brand. You may use the site for personal study, and schools may share links with their students. Anything else needs written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RigReady CDL and David Nelson are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any test result, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
